Our Principles

Expertise with accountability. Every agent is backed by a named professional with public credentials and reviews. No black-box AI; you know who trained the system advising you.
Human backup is built in. The AI handles the straightforward questions; a real human handles the ones that need judgment. The handoff is one click, and the session is fully refundable within 48 hours if the expert doesn't respond.
Creator knowledge stays creator knowledge. We don't train our models on creator content, don't share it across creators, and let creators delete everything at any time. Contractually, not just as a promise.
Fair economics both ways. Clients pay only for what they use — a predictable monthly subscription for AI answers plus one-off fees for expert sessions. Creators keep the majority of every session.
